前台对业务极其不熟练，一个不行再换人重新开始，不管后边排队有多长，上网收钱，30块一天，团队游客众多，每天一到晚上和中午，大厅乌泱泱全是人嘈杂，房间老旧狭小

员工很nice，服务态度也好，中途叫一些客房服务也特别快。
地理位置虽然离广州东站很近，但是附近的facility实在不敢恭维。游泳池是最令人吐槽的点，竟然说要- 戴泳帽才可以进去（男女都要）。感觉非常不合理。床的被子有点薄了。
